What areas do you cover for builders?
Perth metro and the Perth Hills. Most of our work sits across the Perth Hills and the surrounding metro area, including Kalamunda and Mundaring. Travel charges or availability limits may apply depending on location.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. E-LEC Electrical is a licensed WA Electrical Contractor, licence EC17745, and carries $20M public liability cover. If you need the certificate of currency for your project file, ask and we'll send it through.
How are variations handled?
We confirm the scope before starting and raise variations before the work is done, not after. Hidden conditions in existing installations and client-driven changes are the usual causes, and both get flagged so they can be priced and approved rather than turning up on the final invoice.
What do we get at handover?
Testing and certification for the work we've done, along with the supporting documentation — which can include Electrical Safety Certificates, statutory notices, test records and photos. It's organised so you can pass it to your client without chasing paperwork.
