If we've completed work for you and you need another copy of your certificate, test records, photos or manuals, you can request your handover pack here.
What's in your pack
Every completed E-LEC job is handed over with a documented pack, so you have the paperwork on record long after we've packed up. Depending on the work carried out, yours can include:
- Electrical Safety Certificate
- Statutory notices (where applicable)
- Test records
- Photos
- Manuals & product data sheets
- Warranty information
How it works
A QR code placed on or near your switchboard links to this verification step — never directly to your documents. Records are released only to verified clients, so we confirm your identity before sending anything.
Had work done and need the paperwork?
If E-LEC has completed work for you, we can reissue your handover pack once we've verified who you are. For a new job or a quote, get in touch and we'll take it from there.
